Order Processing and Fulfillment

• Custom or special orders: 7-14 business days

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping throughout France and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
